Cycle for Art is this Saturday!

Pick your distance — 25, 50 or 100k — and get ready to roll in the 4th Annual Cycle for Art taking place this Saturday September 18th.  All the routes follow quiet paved roads around the County and they all start and finish at the Curling Club in Lunenburg.

Check-in and registration takes place from 8-9am.  The first 60 registered participants get a t-shirt … first come first serve on the sizes.

The rides get underway at 9:30am.  100k riders go first followed by the 50k and then the 25k riders.  There are water/refreshment stops along the way.  25k and 50k riders are usually done by lunchtime.  The 100k riders can stop at the Lahave Bakery before catching the Lahave River ferry on their way back to Lunenburg.  Most 100k riders finish between 1-3pm.

Enjoy the spectaculour scenery … this isn’t a race!

Registration is $35 until Friday and $45 on the 18th.  Raise $50 in pledges and your registartion is free.  All proceeds go to the South Shore Health Services Foundation to support local hospitals.

It’s going to be a great ride … we hope you can join us!

And don’t miss the auction — something for just about everybody!
